When POSIX time hit 1000000000 I was holding my 1 year old in my arms.
POSIX time just reached 1234567890.
I had instructed my daughters how they could watch it on the iMac.
I called home about 3 minutes before the event.
Little daughter reported having typed the command, but it wasn't doing anything.

She hadn't hit return.

So much for me teaching shell programming to a 9 year old.

She got the count started about 100 seconds before the event.
And then she didn't want to stay on the phone with me while it happened.

They grow up so fast.
