I dropped the girls off at the main entrance to buy their way into fair. I parked, dashed through the rain, and gained entrance to Dickens as one of the guest performers. By the time I managed to find the girls they had found the tiara vendor. After the first morris dance we went back to the vendor.

Okay, just yesterday we went to see Desperaux, and one of its themes is how every little girl is a princess, and there really was no chance that I would not buy them each a tiara. Tending more to their immediate needs, they each got a peach crepe before the second set of dancing. They watched the morris until the time her majesty was to appear. For that they abandoned Fezziwig's and stood watch until she entered.
