Before 08:00 I had delivered my elder daughter and her best friend to the theater. They joined a pile of other Girl Scouts from the local district for a special showing of Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix. The rule was to bring a muggle friend, in this case meaning someone not currently a Girl Scout. I had to do a double take as a girl walked past in Gryffindor robes with her wavy hair splayed out just like Emma Watson in the first movies. My daughter was there wearing her baseball cap from the release of the book some two years ago.

Although I fed them breakfast before departing for the theater, everyone was supposed to get some movie food along with the viewing. I hope their digestive tracts are ready for that so early in the morning.
