the rest of high school reality

When I spoke to the students from my high school I got hoots of approval when I mentioned bringing my date back to her home at 04:00. That was my icebreaker, and that was intended. There was one other point at which I got an even larger response.

During one of the classes one of the questions asked how much money I make. I answered and continued that it was a lot less than I might make in Silicon Valley, and there were no stock options. I said that I was doing what I do for love. That produced broad applause.
